What happens in the free consultation?

The consultation is a chance to talk through what is bringing you to therapy and see whether the fit feels right. There is no pressure to continue if it does not feel like the right match.

Do you offer online and in-person therapy?

Yes. Online therapy is available across Ontario. In-person sessions are held near Bloor-Spadina in Toronto, with the exact address shared after confirmation.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book a consultation. Professional referrals are welcome, and care providers can use the secure referral path on the professionals page.

What are the fees?

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and $160. Couples therapy sessions are 75 minutes and $220.

Are sessions covered by insurance?

Many extended health plans reimburse therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist. Receipts are provided for insurance submission, but coverage depends on your plan.

What kind of therapy does Olea offer?

Olea's approach is psychodynamic, relational, and grounded in later-life and caregiving concerns. Therapy looks at both the current strain and the family patterns underneath it.

Who does Olea work with?

Olea works with adults caring for aging parents, older adults navigating later life, later-life couples, and families facing sibling conflict, dementia-related stress, grief, guilt, and care decisions.

Is therapy available in Russian?

Yes. Therapy is available in English and Russian.
